I joined this site two years ago. Most of the friends usually watch the 'HR' column. So I would like to express my suggestion. We have many states in 'India,' and each state government has various labor laws notifications. I request all of you to post the respective state government notifications on the site to help understand the situations. For example, the notifications of minimum wages and contract labor wages (skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled).
