Since childhood, I have been helping my uncle in his business, learning management and administration through hands-on experience part-time. During my vacations, I used to work full-time and gained knowledge in transport management and maintenance, production planning, product delivery, and customer relationship.

Glad to know about your personal development and passion. I do understand that people perform better when they take jobs of their interest. However, you are still young, and you might feel that the grass is always greener on the other side, but that's not always the case. You have to realize that, and for that, you must be practical and apply logic in your life.
I would suggest that you pursue your MBA through the DISTANCE EDUCATION mode and continue with your current job. I can assure you, since you have the ability to learn and explore, you can still learn more in the coming years while serving COGNIZANT, which has INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS.

Please set your goals which should define:
1. What exactly you want to offer and deliver that could be of your interest and proportionate to the skills & knowledge you possess?
2. Which organization you wish to join that matches your interest?
3. What kind of designation you are looking for that could help you deliver your roles better?
4. How much salary you wish to earn?
At this moment, you need to manage yourself better and try to pursue your MBA in order to improve your future.

Thank you so much, Mr. Abdul, for your wonderful post. I wish to shift to the management side rather than sit and code the whole day. I'm better at planning and organizing things. If I'm allowed to sit for MBA placements or assigned work that is typically done by an MBA graduate, I'm sure I'll yield better results. However, why do HRs or companies stick to certifications, e.g., BE or MBA, in all cases for recruitment?

Various courses have their own value and contain various theoretical topics required for us to learn in order to qualify for specific jobs in specialized domains. You wouldn't have entered Cognizant if you hadn't completed your B.Tech. Completing your MBA can further enhance your career since B.Tech + MBA is a very beneficial combination.
