Statutory Requirements for Crane and Forklift Authorization
Dear all Safety Professionals, please inform me about the statutory requirements for the authorization of cranes and forklifts. I understand that operators should have a valid driving license, but is it required for heavy vehicles or light motor vehicles (LMV)? Is this information specified in the Factories Act 1948?
