Hi everybody,

I always feel excited when I visit this site to see how management people are in need of guidance, particularly in the HR domain, and how many management students, having HR as their passion, are in need of practical knowledge when they want to kickstart their career in the corporate world. But how many of them know about the roles and responsibilities of HR in an organization?

It's very simple for those people who want to become an HR in a corporate setting; they need career guidance when given the opportunity to learn from workshops. What a management student learns about Human Resource Management from their studies only provides a theoretical overview as per the book written by the author. A student won't gain in-depth knowledge from it.

Before preparing for an interview with a preference for an HR job, I strongly suggest you go for HR training, which provides knowledge about whatever role you are going to be hired for by the company in the HR sector; you'll be trained for that scenario in the HR training institute.

My suggestion regarding a specific institute named Black & White Business Solutions, situated in Bangalore, is a place worth considering for management students to enroll themselves in order to gain practical knowledge about HR roles in a corporate firm. Black & White doesn't advertise much about themselves, but trust me, when you walk in for guidance at Black & White, you are in the right place where you will be guided for the knowledge you seek in Human Resources.

Hi Arun,

I've been looking for a couple of options for HR training programs. However, I have not heard about this institution, Black & White, before. Can you give me a few guidance on how far I'll benefit from the program? As I hold an MBA in HR & Marketing, I am inclined to enroll in the HR program as my ambition is to become an HR generalist.

Looking forward to your reply.

Regards,
Aditya

Hi Arun,

It's my beginner's luck I guess, so I was looking to do an HR training course in Bangalore. I've heard all kinds of reviews about other training institutes in Bangalore, but this one sounds quite interesting. There isn't much advertisement about themselves, but I'm sure I'm going to give it a shot and walk into that institute tomorrow to see for myself. Tomorrow evening, I'll reply back to you if I find that this institute, as per your information, can provide me with good guidance for my career.

Hi guys,

I would like to learn more about HR training programs and various institutes, and how things work out there if you enroll for the training. From what I know, I have seen many reviews regarding how these training institutes are rated in terms of their guidance and the importance given to everyone undergoing the training program. However, several reviews of institutes like Ajax Management and a few others have been negative. When I searched for information about Black & White online, I did not find what I needed, as Mr. Arun mentioned that they have not advertised their training sector anywhere. I plan to speak with HR Anu, and I am hopeful that this training institute will provide me with the best opportunities in terms of job prospects if I decide to enroll for training.

Thank you.
