Dear Members, I have been deputed from a reputed PSU to another PSU. Can anybody inform me about the rules for my pay, house lease, incentives, performance bonus, medical, etc., in the new PSU? Please reply early.

For example, I am moving from NTPC Ltd to Damodar Valley Corporation.

As far as I know, the rules of the PSU where you are currently employed may prevail unless some specific guarantees or exemptions are mentioned in your deputation order. The rules of NTPC and DVC are more or less similar from an employee's viewpoint, as both entities come under the Ministry of Power.
