Labor Productivity Calculation
We are following up to calculate labor productivity per day as follows:
Labor Productivity = Actual Sales / Ideal Sales of the company. Actual Sales represent the number of manpower included for the target * their value (in Rs.) * working hours per day (excluding lunch and tea breaks).
