Sorry to point out dear, your theme does not match with the picture you provided in the presentation. The theme of the presentation is to challenge the change, while the picture shows a caterpillar getting changed in to a butterfly, which is a natural phenomina. You cannot change that system to convert the caterpillar to some other creature other than a butterfly. A caterpillar cannot either convert in to an ant, a bee, a fish or an elephant by human intervention. It has to become ultimately a butterfly unless eaten by some bird before its conversion.
NOBODY CAN CHALLENGE THE CHANGES MADE BY THE NATURE, ITSELF. YOU CAN CHALLENGE THE CHANGES MADE BY HUMAN BEINGS ONLY.
SO, EITHER YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE THEME OR THE PICTURE IN THE PRESENTATION.

Nice message, sir. Most of the troubles are due to people being resistant to change. However, willingness to change is the main ingredient of transformation.
Also, thanks to Mr. Dhingra for the analytical comment.
