Dear Sir, We have one query regarding employment in our organization. You are requested to kindly read and give a suitable answer.

Company Overview

We are a manufacturing company registered under the PF & ESIC Act, located in Pithampur, Dist-Dhar (M.P.), with a registered office in Delhi. We have appointed a company secretary in Delhi on a fixed salary of ₹10,000 per month. Kindly let us know if the PF & ESIC Act is applicable to her salary, and if it can be exempted from the PF & ESI Act.

Kindly advise.

Thanks in advance.
