HI Am a B.tech(EEE) with two years experience in recruiting. One of my friend suggest to learn SAP. May I know how would be the career in SAP? And what tools would be better for me? Regards, Ramya

In SAP, you can switch over to:
1. End users in the HR module of SAP. It may help you work in the HR department of any company.
2. Do a functional consultant SAP course. In this way, you can gain expertise in a particular module and pursue a career as an SAP consultant in different companies where an SAP expert team is required for every functional module.
A career in SAP is very promising in India and abroad; there is a lot of scope there.

Ramya, you are not the odd one out. Almost all people here come to SAP for better career opportunities. No one thinks about the work profile, what skill sets are required, or if it will be a great learning experience.
Everyone asks, "Is there any scope?" Scope means money and a higher package to us. Everyone here, I need to say, please assess yourself and the work, and then think about your career. Yes, money is important. Everyone in the world works for it. But if you give your best, then only your employer will give you the best.
I am not going philosophical; it's quite a practical approach. Learn & Earn
