Hi friends,

In my company, we provide a total of 18 leaves in a year, i.e., 6 CL, 6 PL, and 6 SL. However, the management wants to reduce the paid leave structure. Therefore, we are looking to update the leave structure in our organization.

Is there any rule or act that specifies the minimum number of leaves to be provided? To what extent can we reduce leaves in our organization? Can we make a rule that all leaves will be unpaid?

hi friends I M WORKING WITH SMALL SIZE COMPANY AND I HAVE TO DEFINE LEAVE POLICY. I DONT ANY EXPERIENCE IN THIS REGAURD. THEN ON WHAT BASIS SHOULD I CONSIDERED THE CL,ML,SL,LOP etc.? REGAURDS SWAPNA
