Hi friends, in my company, we provide a total of 18 leaves in a year, i.e., 6 CL, 6 PL, and 6 SL. However, the management wants to reduce the paid leave structure. Therefore, we are looking to update the leave structure in our organization.
Minimum Leave Requirements
Is there any rule or act that specifies the minimum number of leaves to be provided? To what extent can we reduce leaves in our organization? Can we make a rule that all leaves will be unpaid?
