Can anyone send me a Skill Matrix format so that I can measure the skills of my employees and work on their development? I have created a format for a skill matrix, so kindly give your feedback if something needs to be updated. Otherwise, if anyone has a better format, kindly provide that.

You need more competence in these competencies, particularly technical skills as you have mentioned. This includes:
- Technical Skills
- Soft Skills (such as time management, motivation, teamwork, decision-making, emotional intelligence)
- Professional Skills (specific to their areas of expertise)
Please search for additional skills to incorporate into your matrix. Another valuable tool to utilize is the Job Description; make sure to refer to that as well.
