Impact of MBA Specialization on Career in HR Field - CiteHR

Good evening to all, I completed my MBA in 2008 with dual specialization, majoring in Marketing and minoring in HR. After completing my degree, I secured a job in the HR field and have been enjoying it. I am curious if having a minor specialization in HR could potentially impact my career. Please share your valuable suggestions.

No, not at all, as long as you are enjoying working in HR. The only thing that matters is the knowledge in any field.

At present, you have been in HR for, I think, 2 or 3 years. Keep acquiring knowledge, thoroughly understand the acts of labor law, and you will not even think of this question.
