Hi, I've recently joined a company where the Job Description is not a process of working, and neither are the appraisal forms. Kindly advise on how I can create their JDs and KRAs for my further course of action and review their monthly, quarterly, or yearly performance.

I need help from all of you as I handle all the Business Process & Quality activities besides being the GM Sales & Operation for Asia Pacific. I need to work on the basic job descriptions of a Branch Manager for a logistic company, Finance Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Manager, and Receptionist cum Admin Incharge. Please help.
