I joined a company seven years ago. Before issuing an appointment letter, the company sent me an offer letter in which my monthly CTC was calculated, and the superannuation amount was shown as part of the CTC. I joined the company, and after seven years, when I am leaving the company, I am told that as per company rules, superannuation will be paid on completion of 10 years of service. My offer letter shows superannuation as part of my monthly CTC. Can anybody advise me on what I should do?
