Dear Seniors,

I had been enrolled in the MBA Program at ICFAI, but due to some unforeseen circumstances, I am unable to continue with the same. I have informed the university, sent them emails, and written letters stating that I will not be able to continue with the program. However, they are sending me a legal notice stating that I must continue, and if not, they will take legal action.

Seniors, please tell me, what kind of university is this? Despite my clear communication that I do not wish to continue, they continue to send me letters. Is this how a university should treat its students, especially after I have spoken to their executives?

Please help.

Regards,

Neelam.

Hi Neelam,

Try to speak to their seniors, not executives, as the executive-level staff have some targets to achieve. Get the email ID of their center head or visit their office at Andheri (W); it's near the station. Do not worry; they cannot take any legal action.

All the best.

Dear Mr. Sajad,

I am not able to reach any seniors of this university, and the result of this is they have sent a legal letter stating that "it's a criminal case, and the cheques are dishonored, and they will take legal action on that."

Seems like this ICFAI is a fraud. Despite informing them not to deposit the remaining PDC's, they deposited the same every month. Seems like they can only cheat people.

Please send in your views on the same to take action from my side.

Regards,
Neelam.
