Dear Seniors,
I am new in a call center business and I have been asked to handle the salary part of the center. I am required to make a salary sheet where I have to enter the number of leads produced by each agent, their rejection numbers in a month, their present and absent days in a month, and then make deductions if an agent is taking more than 2 days of paid time off given to them. I would be grateful if there is a tool to calculate this at a faster rate and accurately, as in the past 2 months, there were instances where 2 agents' salaries were missed by us. If there is an application and someone can share it, it would be appreciated.
