Dear All,
This is Dipti, working for a non-banking financial organization as an Executive HR. I have a query related to the withdrawal process for shop & commercial registration.
Can anyone help me know if there is a specific process for withdrawing a shop & commercial registration? A branch of my organization is already registered under the Shop & Commercial Act, but now the branch is closed, and we want to close the registration. If there is a specific form for this process, please provide me with the details.
