Please find enclosed two notifications issued by the Government of India regarding the Provident Fund Act for your information:
A- Notification dated 8-1-2011: Amendment in Employees' Deposit Linked Insurance Scheme 1976.
B- Notification dated 15-1-2011: Amendment in Employees' Provident Funds Amendment Scheme 2011 (Interest shall not be credited to the account of a member from the date on which it has become inoperative).
