I know about the Johari Window, but I am not familiar with the Johari Window Recruitment system. The Johari Window is a tool for understanding oneself.
What am I?
What do I show to others?
What part of myself do I hide from others?
What do others know about me that I am unaware of?
These four questions are central to the Johari Window concept. I have attached a file regarding this. I hope it will be helpful to you.
