I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS THE LEAVE PROCEDURE IN LABOUR ACT CAN ANYBODY HELP ME?

You may go through the Factories Act 1948 regarding the Leave rules of the workman. Most companies frame their own leave rules, which should not be less favorable than the rules of the Factories Act either through settlement or the management's decision. Leave rules may differ for executives and workmen based on management policy.

Can anybody clarify my doubt, whether an employer have rights to ask question to his employee regarding the proper reason for his leave?
