Hi, My question is I am just going to start a new Factory for Packeting, So, Do I need a Mumbai shop act licence as i am already having One for my registered Office. regards

If your new unit of packaging is covered under The Factories Act, 1948, then you are required to have a Factory Licence irrespective of the fact that you have a Shops Act licence for your registered office.
