First thing I would suggest is to feel confident and happy about being a team lead. It is well said that your thinking process is what affects your actions.
I am not a technical person; however, I have been in technical companies and can suggest the following:
1. Do good planning for any project that comes at hand.
2. Have well-defined goals/KRAs for each team member.
3. Set time-bound goals.
4. Regularly monitor your projects to track progress and anticipate solutions for potential problems.
5. Maintain good coordination among team members.
6. Lack of proper coordination is one of the reasons why teams fail.
7. Create a fun work environment for the team.
8. Be approachable to your team.
I am sure that people learn a lot through experience. Soon, you will figure out how to navigate this role. Enjoy being a leader but remain modest and empathetic towards your team.
