Hi All,

One of our employees is going to leave the organization within 3 months of joining. Kindly advise me on whether he should be given a work experience letter. Can he present that letter for his future endeavors, especially since he joined us as a fresher and now, due to some unfortunate circumstances, he has to leave?

Also, please provide me with a format for the work experience letter.

Thanks,

Hi,

May I know the reason for his leaving? As per me, it is not necessary to issue the experience letter for 3 months. He can't join any company with only 3 months of experience. Due to job hopping, he will receive negative feedback.

To Whomsoever It May Concern,

(Experience Certificate cum Relieving Letter)

This is to certify that Mr. [Name], bearing ID [ID], worked for us from [Start Date] to [End Date] as a [Position]. During this period, he/she contributed significantly well in delivering his/her duties.

We found him/her to be highly result-oriented and efficient, maintaining a good attitude and relationships with internal and external staff.

We are also releasing him/her from the services as of [Date] upon his/her request.

We wish him/her all success in his/her future endeavors.

Thanks and Regards,

If you want to issue the experience letter, you can use the above template and print it on your company letterhead.

Thanks & Regards,
