Hi All,
So far, I have worked with three companies and am now going to join my fourth company (CMMi L5). The HR of this company has informed me about the NSR registration requirement, which is mandatory. However, my second company is no longer operational due to internal disputes and a court case related to non-payment of salaries. The employees filed a case against the company, and at that time, I was an employee there. My name is not associated with that case. Despite this, the case is still pending in the Delhi High Court. The police seized the company immediately, and it ceased operations from that day (Jan 2008). Consequently, the company did not issue any experience or relieving letters to any employees. In June 2008, I joined another company in Bangalore, where my documents were not thoroughly checked as it was a small company. Now, as I prepare to join this new company, I am unsure about how to handle the NSR registration process. I am required to enter the relieving date for the disputed company, which is not accurate. I am unsure how to address this with the HR and explain that I do not possess any experience or relieving letters. Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. I have already resigned from my current organization, and securing this job is crucial for me. I cannot afford to lose this opportunity. Thank you in advance.
