Experience with a Top IT Company
I was working with a top IT company in Hyderabad where I took training for 3 months. After that, I reported to the office in Mumbai. However, after 1 month in the office, they started shifting me from project to project and also forced me to work late nights without a home drop facility. I tried reaching all levels of HR, but they said I had no choice as a fresher. In the end, I had to decide to leave and come back. After a lot of written communication, they finally released me and asked me to pay 50K as a bond amount. However, I raised a grievance against it and have received no reply from them ever since.
New Opportunity and Concerns
Now, after 4 months, I have got an opportunity to work with another top IT company in India. I am not sure if I should show my previous experience. I am joining here as a fresher. Please tell me, since both these companies are registered with NSR, will there be a problem in the background check with my new company? Will they somehow come to know about my last experience and reconsider my employment with them?
I am really ambitious and excited to work with my new employer but also very confused and scared about my previous work history. Please help me.

The situation is very critical as your relieving was not normal. As per company norms, you did not settle the dues. Instead of settling the bond amount, you raised a grievance against them. No employer would like to employ such an employee in their organization.
When you are about to join a new company, nowadays, employers conduct background screening actively and thoroughly. Therefore, hiding your previous employment could be harmful to you. Rather than concealing it, you can tell them the truth about why you left that job and under what conditions (but do not mention that you lodged a grievance against them).
It completely depends on you to convince them.
