Hi All, hope you are doing good! Please suggest what clauses are applicable in the case of resignation on medical grounds. Is it legal to claim a relieving certificate after resignation?

Hi there,

Why have you chosen to resign from your job on medical grounds? If you can work despite your medical condition, it may be better to go on pension on medical grounds. Therefore, there is no total loss; you can stay at home trying to get healthy while being paid your pension. Just make sure to check your pension rules with your authority and provide the necessary documentation to prove that you are not in a condition to work due to your health.

Dear Ashok, You thread is not clear. "resignation under medical ground" is that long term disability? Please do rephrase the question and post it again.
