Hello Members,

Please help me with the format for a notice period letter. We would like to discontinue with one of our employees. As per the offer letter, the employment is terminable by either side by giving one month's notice period without assigning any reason.

Could you please provide a template for a letter that the employer could issue as a notice period letter?

How can you terminate your employee without any reason? Please check the format below; I hope it will help you.

Dear [Employee's Name],

This is to inform you that your performance is not up to the mark. As per our company policy, we are giving you [number of days] notice. The company has the right to terminate without further warning. Your employment will end effective the closure of office hours on [date].

This notice serves as a prior intimation to you.
