I need to issue a revised offer letter to one of the prospective candidates. Can anybody please share the format with me, or should I just send an email with the revised date of joining? Will this alone suffice?

f. During your employment with us, you will be governed by the terms and conditions and rules and regulations of the organization already in force/will be in force from time to time.
