Spreader Bar is Missing

The spreader bar is missing from the rigging setup. Could someone provide insights on how this might affect the safety and efficiency of the lifting process? Additionally, what would be the recommended approach to ensure a safe and effective rigging method in this scenario?

The sling angle appears to be more than 120 degrees. The sling length has been extended by adding a third sling, and its position on the hook is not safe. It may slip, and it could also loosen the bolt of the D shackle. The extension of the sling can be avoided by using a spreader bar.

Please review and ensure proper safety measures are in place.

Thank you.
