Dear Senior, If the employee is transfer from one company to other company (inter company transfer), then issue of the form 16 for both the company is compulsory. Please advice... Regards Amar

In case the employee has a refund from the first company, but their income from the previous employer and tax deducted till date are considered in the second company's Form 16, and we issue a single Form 16 from the second company, is it legal?
