When choosing a subject, it may be a good idea to speak with HR in your company or companies that you look up to. They would be able to advise you on the trends and developments in HR, which would be in the area or industry of your interest.

Dear Mohit, you can even opt for Organizational Psychology for a Ph.D. It will not only help you in understanding the people with whom you interact on a day-to-day basis but also provide you with a clear roadmap for formulating new policies in your company.
