They are stating in the letter that your workers should be registered in the Delhi Building and other Construction Workers' Welfare Board. Is this applicable to our company? Please reply.

After going through the definition of the 'building and other construction work,' the work of renovation seems to be covered, while the work of interior decoration does not seem to be covered under this definition.
