You must agree that we, the HR professionals, are the only individuals who are relatively closer to employees than others within the organization. Thus, we can understand the problems they face within the organization. By the way, here are some tips that can be followed:
1. Ensure timely payment for employees.
2. Motivate them with welfare activities such as entertainment arrangements during leisure hours.
3. Celebrate their birthdays and present them with birthday cards filled with good wishes.
4. Manage their medical cards and PF status by distributing PF slips.
5. Distribute payslips promptly to keep them informed about their salary details.
6. Organize sports activities on weekends with prize distribution.
7. Consider implementing an Employee of the Month award with the assistance of seniors. Provide a certificate and, if possible, a memento to the selected employee.
8. Offer gifts on their anniversaries, weddings, and other personal functions from the company's side.
9. Interact with employees as much as possible and promptly address any grievances they may have.
