Dear all,

Can anybody shed some light on the leave policy for 1-year contract employees? If an employee completes the one-year contract and renews it with the same company, will he/she be eligible for Privilege Leave?

Leave Policy for FTC/3rd Party Contract Employees

If you mean employees on FTC or 3rd party contracts, then as per the rules, 30 leaves are granted on a pro-rata basis. However, it differs from company policy regarding the encashment of the same. If the contract is renewed, the leaves again come into existence, but there is no eligibility for Privilege Leave. These decisions depend upon the discretion of management.
