I am currently pursuing my MBA and wish to specialize in HR core. While all my batchmates are choosing electives for the fourth trimester, I am worried about something else. In about 6-7 months, I will be sitting for placements. How can I differentiate myself from my batchmates with the same qualifications? If I were to opt for some higher sought-after certification, I think it would give me an edge over others. Would you please suggest what are the different certifications an HR should have to get better job opportunities and bargaining power?
