Dear seniors,
Can anyone please give me the clear difference between Training Evaluation and Training Effectiveness? What are the methods of Training Effectiveness, and how can we measure the effectiveness of training? Please advise me on this.

To check out the training, whether it is ongoing or not, progressing in a positive direction or not, and how the trainees are receiving it, all of these aspects constitute the evaluation of training. In other words, keeping a close watch on the training process is the training evaluation. However, training effectiveness refers to whether the training conducted aligns with the identified needs and whether the desired outcomes have been achieved or not, and to what extent we have reached our goals.
