Hi All,
I represent the training department in an IT company. How do you measure the training effectiveness when the participants are a mix of project needs and bench resources? Please help in designing a form that caters to both categories. We currently have an effectiveness form, but it does not include any questions related to bench resources.

Jay,
I worked in a training division for an IT company. We followed different effectiveness forms: 1) project-specific training and 2) general training for all employees, including those on the bench. Therefore, I suggest that you can design forms for project-specific and general training. With this, you can measure the effectiveness for both categories.
