After serving one PSU for 20 years and then joining another PSU through proper channel, what is the rule for payment or transfer of gratuity? I have had PF, EL, and HPL transferred and now want to receive payment of gratuity from my former employer. They say that gratuity has to be compulsorily transferred to the new employer PSU. Are they correct, or can I receive payment of gratuity from my former employer (PSU)?
