I went through the search tab, but there is no answer for my question. I have one more doubt: suppose I took one day leave before a festival holiday, and after that one day holiday, am I eligible to get that festival holiday? Can you clarify my doubts?

You must be aware that this Act is a State Act, and therefore it is advised to refer to your State Industrial Establishment (National & Festival Holidays and Casual & Sick Leaves) Act for provisions on the grant of National & Festival Holidays for your query.
