Greetings to all. My name is Satish Parimal, and I work as a Senior HR Executive with a Private Limited company. We have already registered with EPF. Now, we are in the process of registering a new factory, which is a separate entity but shares the same business and premises. We have the new registration and memorandum of the new company ready. We need to ensure EPF compliance under the name of the new company. I am unsure of the process; should I provide a company name change letter to the PF department, or should I apply for a new PF code?

Seniors, please suggest how I should proceed with this matter.

Hi... You can inform any Govt. Authority by posting Change in name of the company, but employees should not be change in any manner. Regards Prabhu
