I am an employer of 50 employees. They are currently receiving a DC rate as salary, which is Rs. 6110. Could you please advise me on what the EPF deductions for both the employee and employer would be? Additionally, I would like to inquire if it is permissible to break down this DC rate into basic pay (BP) and dearness allowance (DA), among other components. Would such a breakdown be legally acceptable? Please provide your suggestions on this matter.
