Go for outbound training, like simple exercises, such as news reading and hosting, or reading from newspapers in different styles. This helps individuals break out of their traditional mindset, enabling them to express themselves and develop a habit of presenting in various styles. People enjoy learning different things rather than the usual daily work tasks, so incorporating fun games can be beneficial.

Now is the time to delve into professional presentations on different topics, group discussions, mock panels, and other forms of presentations. Remember, "A journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step." Keep moving forward.
