Does anyone know about Excel work? I want to learn about Excel workflow. Can you please tell me? I want to know how to format cells in Excel, how to create hyperlinks, and all the details about Excel. Please help me. Dear format is good but there is no consideration in case of Jiont Contribution/ voluntary contribution if that exceeds then ????

It is not easy to learn Excel from a book; you need to enroll in a basic class first and then practice, practice, practice. Once you have learned the basics, you can use a book to help you with other functions. There are numerous books on Excel, so no one can recommend one to you. I suggest you look first at Excel for Dummies; it should be available at any good bookshop in India, I think. There is also a lot of material posted here on CiteHR about Excel. Just use the Download box at the top of the page to find it.
