Greetings of the day! You are all requested to help me out with my current query regarding salary heads.
I have 5 employees who are outsourced to different locations. Their salary structure was drafted by the customer with the heads such as Basic, HRA, Conveyance, Medical Allowance, and Special Allowance.
In my existing salary sheet, I only have three heads - Basic, HRA, and Conveyance. I once again request you to let me know about the legal addition of the other two heads. Basically, all have to be exempted from ESIC.
Is there any PF liability on special allowance?
One more question: What is CCA and how does it work under the salary head?
