Dear Seniors,

I need your help in solving a practical problem. Due to a mistake, I did not send a resigned employee's name in Form-10. I filled out his PF withdrawal form and gave it to him. He also submitted his PF withdrawal form to the PF office.

Please advise me on what should be done in this situation. Can we send another copy of the PF withdrawal form?

Please give your advice.

Hi,

You can submit Form No. 10 now with an explanation stating that it was a clerical error not to submit the said form in the month when the employee had left the organization. You can resubmit the PF withdrawal form once again.
