Please search the web using keywords from your query. For example, I found a paper at The Role of Organizational Climate and Culture in the School Improvement Process: A Review of the Knowledge Base by searching the web at organizational climate in schools - Google Search.
Preferably, read scholarly articles and then see what interests you and what is feasible given the constraints. Please also see my ppt presentation on Research Methodology posted today.
