1) 5S
2) 3M elimination
3) ISO/TS
4) Is it clear to others, especially the top management, why DWM (Daily Work Management) is being done; so also is it clear to others?
5) What are the current problems - Is retention an issue?
6) Whether improvement projects are not taking off or not successful?
