What is the solution to help an employee (female) to get the Maternity Benefit (Maternity leave - salary from ESI) if the employer has remitted her full contribution but to some other Insurance number by mistake (did not take her insurance number)? Employer forgot to get her Insurance Number allotted, but deducted ESI and submitted RC also with some other Insurance Number. Is there any solution? (She has already delivered the baby)
