Hi All,
We receive plenty of materials on how to hire a candidate and how to conduct an effective interview. However, we very rarely consider how to monitor our recruitment executive or whether the candidate was thoroughly interviewed by the respective line manager. Were relevant questions asked during the interview?
One idea is to develop a questionnaire and request the candidate to complete it after the interview process is completed.
Please suggest what types of questions should be included in the questionnaire.
Looking forward to your feedback.

Dear Meenakshi,
The thought is incredulous. I am sure organizations hire competent resources (Recruitment and Line Managers) and, if required, train them on interviewing skills. The thought suggests a lack of trust in an organization on its own managers.

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback. I believe that implementing this suggestion will help us streamline our processes, and organizations will receive feedback on how to make candidates more comfortable. I don't see it as doubting our employees; rather, it is a tool to help us improve and create a better environment for the candidates.

Hi Meenakshi,
Definitely, you should implement an Interview feedback questionnaire which will help you understand whether there should be any changes in how the candidates are interviewed. It will only help you to improve the process and image of the company. This should be viewed as an improvement tool for your company. If possible, take the managers into confidence before implementing the feedback form.
