I need your help in salary break-up. I have one employee who is working as a Production Manager. We decided his salary of 240,000 p.a (inclusive of all benefits). We are providing PF, bonus, and leave benefits, and my boss also decided to pay him 18k on hand. Please suggest the break-up in which I can manage to pay him as my boss declared.

I have gone through a break-up but still need your help. Can you please guide me on how to add bonuses and other medical benefits in the breakup structure? The employee has recently joined, and we have agreed on a probation period of 6 months. Are there any restrictions on providing PF and other benefits during the probation period?
